If any quality defectives are confirmed based on video, VEHICOOL provide free spare parts, but VEHICOOL are not responsible for the parts’ freight. In principle, the parts would be shipped with next order, or if urgent, customer pay the express freight.
In case of a fail caused by a non-quality problem, such as incorrect use or man-made damage, even if it is within the warranty period, we will not bear any related expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, related freight, spare parts cost and all repair costs.

1.What kind of travel distance can we expect?
It depends on the battery capacity. The 6.6A capacity maximum travel range is up to 25~30KM, which should be based on the following conditions: 60Kg, 25℃ weather temperatures, flat road without strong winds, power saving mode, and 15KM/H constant speeds. Results may vary based on different weight loads, temperature, wind speed, operating habits, and other factors.
2.Can I buy a battery that will last longer and allow me to go a longer distance?
Yes. This is often an option when buying your scooter and may be also arranged by contacting the manufacturer. Note, however, that many models are limited to specific batteries that are unchangeable.
3.What operating temperatures are recommended? Is it waterproof?
Operating temperatures: -5℃~40℃;
Storage temperature: -10℃~40℃;
Waterproof: IP54 resistance.
4.Can it go up hills?
Yes, the max. climbing angle is about 15° , Results may vary based on different weight loads, wind speed, and other factors.
5.Does the tire ever get flat? If so, how do you fix a flat tire?
The tire has a possibility of getting flat, if it ever does please replace the tires with the replacement tires what distributor provided. Instructions on how to do this is in the instruction manual. Or send to repair-center of distributor to repair.
6.Do I need to wear a helmet when operating this product?
Yes, we recommend to wear helmets and knee pads in case of falls and injuries.
7.What age is this meant for? Can kids under 5 use this product?
Recommended Age: 16-50

The scooter is not recommended to be used by kids.
8.Is there an Android/iOS app? If so, what does it do?
It depends on what version you chose. Economical version no APP available. If you bought a version with app. You can download the app by QR code. The app can view current speed, remaining power, and other real-time riding statistics.
9.Can I charge a scooter battery with car charger?
No. A scooter battery should never be charged with a car charger – it will damage the scooter or might have other risks.
10.How long does it take to fully charge the batteries?
Scooter charging takes an average of 2 to 4 hours. Most models include chargers with automatic shut off, allowing the user to plug in the charger at night and have fully charged batteries by the morning without the risk of overcharging.
11.How to make my mobility scooter go faster?
Most models with 3 shifts –6km/h, 15km/h, 24km/h. You can try adjusting the settings – refer to the manual guide – or it might just be a matter of learning how to use the controls.
12.Why is my mobility scooter going slow?
Firstly, you can try adjusting the settings. Secondly, if you’ve had your scooter for a while, it might be an indication that your batteries need replacing.
Thirdly, please remember that your scooter has a weight capacity limit. If the combined weight (including shopping etc.) exceeds this limit, you won’t be getting optimal performance from your scooter.
Finally, if you’ve recently been over a fair number of curbs and potholes or exposed your device to water/ dust, these might have damaged the motor, resulting in slower speeds.
13.Who repairs mobility scooters?
If there are any issues, please send to repair center of distributors ,they will repair mobility scooters according to their warranty plan.
14.Can I drive my scooter on the road?
Please consider whether to purchase electric scooters according to local laws.
Most mobility scooters are not legally allowed on the road – they’re designed to function as a pedestrian means of transportation.
